Formco Metal Products was the first slide house to achieve ISO/TS 16949 registration. We are able to submit Level 3 PPAPs along with updated SPC programs.

Since 1982, we have used specially adapted SPC charts when inspecting parts. Now, computer charting assures only quality parts are produced and that dimensions are held to less than blueprint limits.

All SPC charts are kept on file at Formco and can be made available to our customers upon request.
